Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as budgeting, technical accounting, and financial report writing.
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and tracking payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Process accounts payable, including reviewing and verifying invoices for payment.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with government accounting regulations is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
