Must answer phones, and respond to emails from clients and vendors.
Must be willing to act as a point of contact and solicit quotes from vendors, subcontractors and various construction service teams, and prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts accordingly.
In addition, must be able perform general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies and other tasks.
Quick books knowledge is required.
Aside from occasional site visits, may work full time or part time in the office.
Looking for someone who is willing to grow with the business for years to come.
